On December 18, 2001, the female workers of a men’s clothing manufacturing plant in Buenos Aires decide to occupy and self-manage the factory abandoned by its owners. Two years later, these women are given three years to prove they can run this factory and make profits to re-purchase the equipment at cost price. The story follows these women, many of whom have never managed anything but a family budget, as they attempt to succeed where seasoned businessmen failed.
