Red River - John Wayne
Howard Hawks | Feature Film, John Wayne
"Red River" is my favorite John Wayne film ever! It ranks up there with "The Searchers" and "True Grit." I saw many of the Wayne films last year at the NBFF and you better get in line early because when I went the theaters were almost full. The Duke still rules, pilgrim!

An Evening of Disney Animation Rarities with Roy E. Disney and Don Hahn
Animation, Disney
Although we all know and love Mickey, Donald, Pluto and Goofy, The Walt Disney Studios is all that and more. Still a creative beehive of creativity, come and see what Disney has been up to in-between its feature animated hits. I've seen a smattering of these films and they are exquisite. If you are a fan of Disney animation, or Disney in general, you will love these films. Besides, how often do you get an evening of Disney animation hosted by a guy with the actual last name of "Disney"?

A Spoonful of Sugar and Song with Richard Sherman
Disney, Music
I too have seen Mr. Sherman in concert. In an age when Oscar winning songs are no longer about memorable melodies and timeless lyrics you will be astonished by how many Sherman Brothers songs you actually know. If you want a thoroughly entertaining evening of fun don't pass up this opportunity to hear one of the great songwriters from the golden age of Hollywood - they don't make 'em like this fellow anymore!
