Run time: 100 min. | USA
David Choe is a gifted, troubled, and driven American street artist who skirts the legal restraints of society, expressing his creativity and sharing his art freely. Ultimately his days of risk, crime, and vandalizing public property catch up with him and he is thrown into solitary confinement prison in Tokyo for assault, battery, and theft. Upon release from prison, David returns to society with an excessively religious point of view and an overzealous intent to turn his life around. David interprets his time in prison as penance for a lifetime of crimes and heartache he caused friends, family, and his long-time girlfriend. Eventually his religious outlook is abandoned for an upgraded, successful version of his former life.
