His country's been colonized, but caddish Lee Hae Myung couldn't care less as long as life is good. With Seoul hurtling forward into modernity, Hae Myung and his Japanese buddy Shinsuke have little to complain about as they swing away at dance halls in their suave suits, picking up equally modern gals. Hae Myung's well-heeled life takes some rather abrupt turns though after he falls head over heels for a ravishing bar girl Laura, a mysterious siren who runs off with all his money.
