A shipping accident allows a super vitamin to be added to pet food. The pets that eat the food suddenly find themselves with super powers and become the Power Pets. Pak-Rat, the alter ego of a rat that stole some of the super vitamin tainted food, builds an army of super rats to attack humans. The Power Pets are captured by Pak-Rat and it is up to Super Kitten to save them all.
