Newport Beach Film Festival 2009

Tom Garret resolves to push aside his troubled past and return to his childhood home after receiving an anxious phone call from his brother’s wife. Tom’s brother, Matt, has become obsessed, abusive, and paranoid, all evidence of what his family thinks is alcoholism. At first, the implementation of a forceful intervention seems to be making headway, but as the night wears on, what appears to have been an obvious case of alcoholism takes a demonic twist. A dark entity surfaces and methodically turns the group against each other, taunting them with their deepest secrets; Tom being the primary target.
