What do an old man and a little girl have in common? A whole lot of nothing -- at least that's what Grandpa thinks. Two characters near the opposite ends of their lives find they are linked together by imagination. The granddaughter is a fun-loving girl who wants to share her world with her grandfather. Grandpa, on the other hand, has served his time as a parent and has lost interest in childish play. So, when the responsibility of watching his granddaughter falls on him, he is not too happy. But Grandpa reluctantly accepts the girl's plea to go to the park. On the way the girl's imagination runs wild. Grandpa couldn't care less. He just wants to get to the park where he can sit down and ignore her fantasies. Their time at the park is short lived when Grandpa decides enough is enough.
