The documentary story of one woman's story (codename 'Silu')--from the jungles of revolution, to the halls of Parliament. Over the course of the journey we meet Silu and Silu's family, learn of the reasons why she joined the cause, how she coped with being a part of the revolution, what she lost, was willing to sacrifice, and ultimately, how her and the party's tactics changed from violence to peace to bring real and lasting change to the country. At its heart a character driven piece, we meet Silu's family, and the brother she is fighting against, hear her tribulations and triumphs, get a sense for the extraordinary discipline, bordering on cruelty that she is capable of--as well as a surprising sense of humor.
